Prevention.
The most effective pest control starts with prevention. Many household pests enter homes through small cracks, gaps, and moisture-prone areas that often go unnoticed. Our approach focuses on identifying and addressing these vulnerabilities before pests have a chance to settle in.
We inspect common entry points, foundation lines, windows, doors, and exterior surfaces to help reduce the conditions that attract pests. By limiting access to food, water, and shelter, we help minimize the likelihood of recurring issues with ants, cockroaches, silverfish, springtails, and other persistent pests. Preventative treatments are tailored to Charlotte’s climate and seasonal pest activity, helping protect your home throughout the year.

protection.
Once pests are under control, maintaining a protective barrier is key. Our home pest control services provide ongoing protection designed to keep pests from returning. We use proven methods to manage active populations and create long-lasting defenses around your home.
This includes targeted treatments for crawling insects like spiders and house centipedes, as well as flying pests such as flies, wasps, and yellowjackets. With regular service and proactive monitoring, we help ensure that your home stays protected as pest activity changes with the seasons in the Charlotte area.
Whether you’re dealing with an active pest issue or looking to prevent one, our home pest control services offer reliable protection for your home and family.

With each service we are creating a barrier around your house.
We start with a liquid treatment covering the foundation plus all the door frames and windows on the first floor. Then we add a barrier of granular bait around the perimeter.
We sweep all windows, doors, and eaves up to 20ft to remove cobwebs and apply an insecticidal dust that helps prevent spiders and wasps from forming new nests on the house.
During an interior treatment, we are focusing on areas where you have seen bugs and trying to locate their source. We then target them with products specifically labeled for interior treatments applied with care and precision.

That depends on your tolerance and the pest population around you. We offer 2 treatment options:
Bi-monthly service, for those who have a high pest population and want the most protection
and
Quarterly service, for those who have a moderate pest population and want fewer visits.

All of our products are safe for people and pets once dry. We do ask that you keep your pets away from treated areas for an hour after treatment to allow the product to dry.
For interior treatments, we target the specific source areas (behind appliances, under sinks, in drains) so that chemicals are applied only where needed and your family has as little contact with them as possible.
-
that depends…..
for your initial treatment, we like to go inside and treat known harborage areas in kitchens, bathrooms, garages and attics, so we will need to coordinate a day and time that someone can be home to let us inside for about 30 minutes. After that, most treatments focus on exterior protection, so unless you want us to come inside, we can proceed with the exterior treatment when you’re not home.

It is common to see a bug or two after a treatment beecause they are basically running away from the chemicals we applied.
You may find a few dead bugs for a week or 2, or even a slowly moving live bug that has made contact with the chemicals. These will reduce quickly.
If you see more activity than normal between treatments you can always give us a buzz and we’ll come back and retreat for free, when you have a year-round package.
